Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Gadihub Mobile Application operated by Inficod Technologies.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the service.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding user-provided data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Inficod Technologies and its licensors.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from the App.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Inficod Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your use of the App.

6. Financial Accuracy

While Gadihub provides tools for financial management and reporting (including PDF generation and revenue tracking), users are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered. We recommend consulting with a professional accountant for tax and legal compliance.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
