  • Biometric Data: If enabled, we use FaceID/TouchID for secure access. Biometric data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
  • Device Information: Device ID, model, operating system version, and unique identifiers (viareact-native-device-info).
  • Media & Files: Access to camera and photo library for uploading business documents and capturing signatures.

2. Third-Party Services & Dynamic Data

The App integrates with several third-party services for performance and communication:

  • Firebase Messaging: For push notifications and alerts.
  • Mixpanel & Microsoft Clarity: For session recording and usage analytics to improve our services.
  • SignalR: For real-time data synchronization.

3. Data Security

  • SSL Pinning: Prevents Man-in-the-Middle (MITM) attacks during network calls.
  • Encrypted Storage: Sensitive tokens and data are stored using hardware-backed encryption.
  • JWT Authentication: Secure session management with automated token refresh cycles.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with third-party service providers (such as analytics or cloud hosting) strictly necessary for the App’s operation, or when required by law.
